Last night was nice and relaxing with dinner and movies. Started with a very unique Ontario wine, a Cherry Mead wine by Rosewood then moved into a med/full 2003 Twenty Bench by Nine North. The five cheeses were great with the wines from a Dubliner, Taleggio and Chevre to the very bold but creamy French Blue and our new found love the Spanish Manchego.
